Competition Prep Coaching

Description

A consult with your coach is required before purchasing this program to ensure competition readiness. For most athletes, we require off-season work before pursuing contest prep. During this time we will determine if you are a 12, 16, or 20 week prep candidate; some clients may require longer preps. This is our monthly price for prep services- nutrition, workouts, supplement protocols, suit advisory, stage preparation, budget assistance, posing assistance (we recommend outsourcing to a specific instructor for actual posing lessons), and peak week protocols.

Please contact us directly with any questions you may have. Coach attendance at your show is not included, competitors will need to provide coaches with a backstage pass if in attendance.
