Supplement-Only Coaching

Description

This is a monthly service typically for IFBB/NPC/GBO competitors currently working with a coach. We provide hormone management/PED/supplement guidance at a monthly rate alongside your program. This service is not available independently, you must be under coach guidance to receive this.

**You must have consent from your current coach, and we may ask for 1x monthly communication with your coach to exchange information.

**We may provide specific dietary recommendations to help maintain health markers depending on compounds used.

**We may require check-in summaries and macro summaries: we are happy to sign an NDA. We do NOT need specifics or workout details.
