How much, How to and When:

  • Typical Beginner Dosage: 20–40 mcg per day, administered once daily. Intermediate users might use 30-50 mcg/day, while advanced users may go up to 50-100 mcg/day.
  • Injection Method: Injected subcutaneously (SQ) or intramuscularly (IM). IM injections may promote localized muscle growth, though this is debated.
  • Timing: Best injected post-workout on training days for maximum nutrient uptake and recovery. Some users also inject in the morning (fasted) to maximize receptor sensitivity. It’s important to avoid injecting before bed to prevent hypoglycemia.
  • Cycle Length: Typically 4–6 weeks, followed by an equal period off to prevent receptor desensitization and maintain effectiveness. Continuous use can lead to reduced efficacy over time
  • Reconstitution and Storage: Reconstitute with bacteriostatic water and store refrigerated after mixing. The vial should be rolled gently, not shaken, to mix.
