Custom Workout Programming
This includes a completely customized program unique to your fitness level and goals. We offer many styles of workouts and strength training, but do not offer any Crossfit-style workouts. If you are a beginner or using lifting cycles (powerbuilding), we recommend a 3 month package for weekly adjustments as you progress or if your plan will be changing regularly. If you are an intermediate or advanced lifter, we recommend purchasing 1 month and utilizing the programming for 12 weeks. You will have access to your coach for daily communication, and optional once-weekly formal check-ins.
Coach Dan is currently the only coach offering Powerbuilding.
After your order is processed, you will receive an invite in your e-mail to download our app! Please allow up to one week for your plan to be completed after processing. Your start date does not begin until you have received all of your materials from us.
